SMS Pay as you Go

SMS packs are to be purchased separately. They are available in prepaid bundles of various denominations. You can recharge your account as per your need. Check SMS cost for your country.

Inbound Numbers

For receiving replies, you need to rent a Dedicated Incoming Number (DIN). The price of DIN is billed monthly in addition to your subscription. Check DIN Cost for you country.

Q1: Is there any limitation on number of users who can use the application?

A: There is absolutely no limit on number of Salesforce users. Once you subscribe to any of the listed package, all Salesforce users in your organization can use the application.

Q2: What is the billing frequency and cancellation terms?

A: The subscription amount mentioned above will be billed monthly. The cancellation notice for unsubscribing the application is 1 month.

Q3: How many messages can I send with SMS Magic? Is there any limitation?

A: You can send any number of messages using our standard subscriptions - Starter, Value or Automation. Messages will be sent using SMS Magic connections and you need to purchase SMS packs to sent out the messages. We use high quality transactional routes to ensure all enterprise communications are delivered on time! However, you still need to comply with rules and regulations imposed by local telecom authorities.

Q4: If I have a volume of over 100k messages per month, do I need to go for "TPI" plan?

A: With standard subscriptions - Starter, Value and Automation, messages are sent using SMS Magic routes. You can always use our trusted connections for sending out any volume of messages. We have introduced "TPI" option for customers who already have partnerships with SMS aggregators and would like to use our application on SFDC. With this option, you will pay us only for the application and a nominal hosting/integration charge.

Q5: Can I send SMS to any country using the SMS packs?

A: Once you purchase SMS Pack, you can send messages to any country. The price per SMS will be deducted according to the destination country where you are sending message. SMS price differs from country to country, click here to see the complete price list.

Q6: Can I Upgrade/Downgrade my subscription later?

A: You can upgrade/downgrade your subscription at any time. The renewed subscription will be active immediately. The balance amount, if any, will be adjusted with the next payment.

Q7: What are the available options for payment?

A: We accept all Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Credit or Debit Cards and ACH/Wire transfers in 4 currencies USD, EUR, GBP and AUD. You can subscribe to the application automatically using any of above methods. If you want to do Bank transfer, please get in touch with our sales team.

Q8: What is Internationalization?

A: Many companies have users in different countries and they support multiple languages in their Salesforce instance. Internationalization feature will translate the SMS Magic application based on the Language setting of any particular user. However, this feature is limited to the standard languages supported by Salesforce.
